How to identify model years?
93-94 Magnum 45: Has alloy damping adjusters
95-97 Magnum 50: Has blue plastic adjusters
98- Magnum 45 & 50: Has slot-headed adjusters
Oil Levels, all use SAE 7.5w
93-94 Magnum 45: 190mm
95-97 Magnum 50: 135mm
98- Magnum 45 & 50: 140mm

apart from the top adjusters that are missing how else can i tell what bike a set of magnums are for, it says 95 on the lower leg and 788 on the right leg and 789 mon the left
ReplyDeleteI've been wondering the same thing, mine's from a Husqvarna. It's obviously a magnum 45, but the top adjusters are the plastic blue knobs, same as the ones on the Magnum 50's.
